Windsor Estate is an open opportunity for partners with the vision of supportive Housing for United State Veterans

We are here to create an opportunity for Service Providers, Investors, Government Organizations and other interested parties who wish to support our soldiers in providing a home along with usefull resources needed to prevent homelessness.

Simply put , We are creating a network of home style living environments by acquiring purchase, lease option or rental, housing for 3-4 veterans per home. House meetings are held monthly to discuss new resources in the local area. Options to promote enterpunerships & fundraising events are explored and encouraged to further enable independent living.

Upon successful and stable grounding, residents are provided an options for home ownership at an affordable price. Veterans are however not obligated to purchase, they may continue to stay in the home-style environment for as long as desired.

Our Homes
Homes are typically located in residential areas where local shopping , transportation and veteran resources are accessible. We provide furnished bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, as well as furnished common areas. Depending on the property other amenities can be provided such as pools, tennis courts, etc. Please refer to Windsor Homes for local facilities.
